2. Product Use and Disclaimer

The products sold by ultralabs.co.za are to be used for laboratory and research purposes only and are Not for Human consumption of any kind. Do Not use peptides for any inappropriate misuse, medical use, diagnostic, therapeutic conditions and resale.

All products are provided "as is" for research and educational purposes exclusively. Ultra Labs makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of any product for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that peptides and related products can be hazardous if mishandled and agree to handle them in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety protocols. Ultra Labs is not responsible for any misuse, injury, or damage resulting from the handling, storage, or use of our products.

By purchasing from Ultra Labs, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, institution, or professional with the necessary expertise and facilities to use these products safely and legally. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use of our products without explicit written permission from Ultra Labs is strictly prohibited.

3. Ordering and Payment

Order Placement: All orders are subject to acceptance by Ultra Labs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing: Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees, taxes, duties, or other charges, which are your responsibility.
Payment: We accept payments via approved methods as indicated on the Website. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely, but Ultra Labs is not liable for any unauthorized access or loss of financial data.
Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This does not guarantee product availability; if an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: We ship products only locally in South Africa, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.
Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Ultra Labs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they leave our facility.
Storage Requirements: Many products require specific storage conditions (e.g., refrigeration). It is your responsibility to store products appropriately upon receipt.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the delicate nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns for change of mind or opened items. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
