At Ultra Labs, we are committed to providing high-quality peptides and ensuring your satisfaction with every order. Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our peptide products, which are sensitive to environmental conditions and must be handled with care to maintain their integrity, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items. All sales are final once the product has been shipped.
#### Exceptions for Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
We understand that issues can occasionally arise during shipping. If your order arrives with any of the following problems, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it:
- **Missing items**: If part of your order is not included.
- **Incorrect items**: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
- **Damaged items**: If the packaging or product is visibly damaged upon arrival (e.g., broken vials or compromised seals).
To initiate a claim:
1. Contact our support team at **support@ultralabs.co.za** within **7 days** of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected items and packaging.
3. Our team will review your claim promptly (typically within 48 hours) and, if approved, we will either:
- Replace the missing, incorrect, or damaged items at no additional cost.
- Issue a full refund for the affected portion of your order.
Please note:
- We do not cover returns or refunds for issues related to improper storage, handling, or use after delivery.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.
